PROCESS GEMSTONES:
We are able to offer our finest creations by artistically planning the designs synchronizing with the color patterns. Our skilled craftsman uses tools that are similar to the ones used in Mogul Era. A floral or geometrical piece is cut out and placed on a marble surface. It is outlined with a scribed and then the marble is creatively carved out using a steel chisel. A unique selection of various shades of stones and shells is used to give the right gradation and shading to the designs. The selected stones are carved with the help of specially made emery wheels. Each part of the design is shaped individually, which needs craftsmanship for multiple finishes.
The stones are then set in the chiseled indentations with an adhesive which is a blend of 19 different ingredients. The articles are then hand polished and waxed to create worldwide exclusivity, we ensure dexterous hands driven by unbound passion and skillfulness.
